The Capitol Complex Central Chiller Plant houses the chillers and associated equipment used to provide up to 8,600 tons of cooling capacity to the facilities that comprise the PA State Capitol Complex. The facility is mostly below grade with limited access. Honor provided land surveying services which included a topography survey of 2.5 acres within Soldiers and Sailors Grover Memorial Park. In addition, we provided a 1-acre civil plan for the facility. Once design efforts are completed, Honor's team will support the construction procurement process and construction administration phase.
