Honor provided Project Management, Land Surveying Data Collection, & Engineering Services on this project.
The process identified potential interconnects between the existing stormwater system flowing into the sanitary sewer system. This contract was for the completion of data acquisition to facilitate future engineering evaluations and rehabilitation planning for the campus.

Honor provided subsurface utility engineering, surveying, & GIS, services for full facility asset infrastructure management through the execution and location of ASCE 38-02 Subsurface
Utility Engineering to support on-station construction projects and planned improvements for the future.
Honor collaborated with the Veterans Health Administration GIS department, Esri and station specific personnel for a custom delivery.
Castle Point VAMC Rehabilitate Water Tower #106

Honor is providing professional services to include complete drawings, cost estimates, technical reports, specifications, and construction period services. The objective of the project is to design working drawings and specifications detailing the necessary work to modernize the existing infrastructure in addition to maintaining and repairing the existing 300,000 gallon potable water storage tower.
Cumberland Gap National Historical Park Land Boundary Marking

Honor performed as the prime contractor to mark approximately 75 miles of boundary line for the park. Honor is blazed trees with yellow paint to meet contract standards and hanging signs every 100 feet to mark the federal property. Honor conducted an initial GNSS survey to ensure datum coincides with GIS data provided by the NPS and to ensure boundary files agree with existing monumentation.
Hampton VAMC Facility Topography & Boundary Survey

Honor performed a boundary & topographic survey of the 88-acre medical center campus.
The survey included a combination of aerial photography, LiDAR, and conventional survey methods to generate a full topographic survey of the station. The scope also included setting a network of bench marks tied with digital levels. Honor performed a boundary survey meeting 2021 ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey positional standards.
Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Phase 5 Expansion

Honor performed geodetic survey, aerial ground control and mapping coordination, supplemental mapping survey, and boundary location of the site. Honor also provided stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control plans, and was responsible for securing a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, for master planning and the 30-acre expansion area.

Fort Indiantown Gap Potable Waterline Replacement

Honor provided professional surveying and engineering services for 5 miles of waterline replacement. Honor and its team generated the basemapping from Mobile LiDAR and conventional survey. Honor also provided highway occupancy permitting and NPDES permitting to support the design engineer. Once the project is in construction phase, Honor shall provide
construction stakeout, and compile as-built drawings.
Pennsylvania State Museum Plaza Paver Repair and Replacement

Honor provided 3D laser scanning services of the plaza and its associated subterranean features and delivered a registered point cloud for the project architect. The project will provide a plaza space with improved access and maintainability while preserving or restoring the historical character.
Quehanna Boot Camp D-Block Expansion

Honor performed surveying & civil engineering services for the D-Block building expansion at the Quehanna Boot Camp. These services include site layout, parking lot expansion, utility design, and local land development coordination to support the building expansion.
Daniel Boone Homestead Lake Infrastructure and Site Improvements

Honor performed a topographic survey for approximately 40.8 acres with the horizontal datum tied to NAD83 and the vertical datum tied to NAVD88 and provided control for the bathymetric survey done by another team member. Honor also designed a sediment forebay with a 150-foot-long submerged rip-rap weir.
